If you live outside of the UK, your tickets will not be posted. Instead you will need to pick them up from the box office at the event. All you need is valid i.d. although if you have your original purchase receipt it won't harm to bring that along too. The Box office is located near the main entrance to the site. If you live in the UK and have purchased standard (general admission) tickets, they should be with you by now. If not, please contact enquiries@aeglive.co.uk asap. If you live in the UK and have purchased Golden Circle tickets, they are being mailed now. If they haven't arrived by Thursday 9th July, please contact enquiries@aeglive.co.uk at that time.
