disappear from “absolutely” came up on my ipod last night. how did you get that sitar-y sound? flanger/phaser (and which guitar?)or electric sitar or something about the bridge…?

It was an electric sitar. Clive Langer suggested sitar when we recorded “Night Boat to Cairo” and I got a bit worried but he meant one of these:

Clive bought one in the end and we used it quite a lot.
