i’ve always loved the song ‘michael caine’ but always been confused by the title and sample of caine’s voice in the song,what’s the relevance? and has he ever commented on the song to the band?

Chas had a the idea, he wrote lyrics to the song. We all love Micheal Caine but I don’t think he was that bothered. His daughter was a fan and she persuaded him to say the line.
