how do you get to be a member on the website i cant find how to sighn up

You had to buy the Norton Folgate boxset:

The boxset contained extra tracks, videos and a membership card, which got you into the “members” area. This part of the site has not been updated for some time and the site is due for an overhaul soon. The boxset is great, though.
