Hi Chrissy boy, do you know what sax mic ‘lee’ uses, i have tried a couple of wireless types, my current one is ok but would like to know if i can improve it, thanks and love the new album.

Hi Chris, so it was john o’neil at the bbc, great sax player/bloke too, caught up with mr thompson (also mr turner/mr rooney) at the fleece, bristol 20th may, lee used a static mic for that show (and the jools holland gig) so i didn’t bother him about the radio mic etc, hope you fellas continue to record/release more great madness albums, long live the 7!!

Hi Chris, loved the BBC television centre final show, thought you guys were on great form and to have Wilko come on and play with you was fantastic, fair play to you for doing that, got to say Mr Thomson looked a bit different, was it him, is Lee ok? It did look to be a bit brassmonkey on stage!! But loved the whole show.
Thanks Chrissy Boy, that would be great, it was a shame that whatever he was using at the olympic closing show came un-stuck and was dangling below him, glad he got his selmer mk6 sax back tho’ (i so regret selling my selmer mk6 alto!!)
