Madstock '09 - A Fans Tale
Previously unseen and exclusive to the Gogglebox, This is a live film with a big difference!
The gig was filmed and recorded in the usual way but fans were also invited to send in their own footage of the show.
Then an unsuspecting film editing guy spent the next 6 months of his life trawling through many hours of fans footage and painstakingly 'syncing' and editing it in with the standard footage.
The result is one of the concerts of the decade captured using 20 plus different camera angles... it's a totally unique experience, as close as you can get to actually being there!
DVD 4
- Madness Comedy Pilot 1984 - Written by Ben Elton and Richard Curtis, starring Madness, this pilot was generally considered as lost forever... until we found it! Previously only ever seen by a handful of people... it's here and well worth the 30 year wait
- World Tour Of Camden 2009 - Back in 2009 Madness returned to their old stomping ground on an open top bus. They closed the road and played a concert... it doesn't get much better than that!
- The Light Bar, The Liberty Of Norton Folgate, London, 2009 - To mark the release of The Liberty Of Norton Folgate, Madness played a one-off gig in an ancient venue called the Light Bar which just happens to be right in the heart of Norton Folgate... a very special occasion, captured on camera
- The Making of Madness On Gold - You may have seen adverts for UK Gold's Comedy season in the summer of 2010 featuring Madness... now you can see what went on behind the scenes, including a classic sequence where the guys struggle to remember how to do the 'Nutty Train'
